Fiber is your friend

I learned this from the Hungry Girl books and have found it to be true. When you are looking to lose weight, always go for the highest fiber products you can. Your body digests them slower and you stay fuller longer. I eat Fiber One pancakes (sometimes even with a few chocolate chips in them) and the high fiber English muffins all the time even when I am not counting calories. Any Fiber One cereal is also a good idea. The only area where you need to be careful is the Fiber One bars. They will give you horrific gas. Sorry to put that out there, but it is true.
